ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE! Honestly, the NAP system is not playable without these added to my game.
Possible update: adding more realistic behaviour voting to NPCs, as in depending on the place where the new policy is going to be introduced, the more votes always go to the one that makes the most sense in the specific place.
Thank you SO MUCH, I have been waiting for so long for a modder to make use of what could be a really interesting system to make neighborhoods more distinct. My only suggestion would be that maybe there's a NAP that encourages (and one that discourages) occults and occult behaviors? But thank you so much, I'm really excited for this!!

Please take a look through this mod. It's not cooperating with the computer menu for me and takes ages to get it to load. I have every pack.
