Wanted to say thanks again for this tool. It's vastly improved my ability to find items. I've added a few other mods to this new menu as well. No doubt there will be more I'll find to add.
This slight alteration, this script could also be used for moving a bunch of mod menus from the main interaction menu to the debug menu, as there's so many mods out there cluttering up the main sim interaction menus with settings menus or set-and-forget type interactions, that just don't need to be included with every click of a sim or object, and the way you've done it here requires minimal updates compared to editing the mod itself.
I'm glad you like the mod, but I purposefully do not alter the custom interactions of other modders without their permission because that can cause confusion for their users and make troubleshooting harder if the modder isn't aware the interaction could be moved. That said, I think it's pretty cool that you've made a personal version of it to sort things how you like.
Great idea! I've noticed a couple issues with options showing when they shouldn't, such as "ask due date", when a sim isn't pregnant, or asking them to participate in MWS, when the active sim isn't engaged.
"Ask Due Date" is both a friendly question and a mischief prank, so it will appear for non-pregnant Sims and offend them if you try it. MWS socials appear even when not engaged, presumably to allow for Vow Renewal events. Those are both vanilla game behaviors and haven't been changed by this mod.
Can this be updated for the wedding socials? "Ask to be officiant/flower pal/whatever" is really clogging up my social menus, even though my sims are already married.
I think I'm good. I was a little hasty. I updated 2 mods and removed yours as my test and then i was fine. I forgot to re-add yours for it didn't dawn me it was the outdated mod. either Nisak wicked or seriouslysims cooking. Assuming the first but maybe ask to cook was busting it. Just seemed the most logical would be yours lol, Askcategory w/ last exception saying tuning with the Ask for s'x
Not sure if you would do a little workaround but I enjoy making my game as realistic as possible. Evidently this mod which I love by the way doesn't play nice with wicked whims newest patch sept 10. Not sure if you ever collaborated but I love your stuff and all the ask's in one place made searching for specific things so much easier. Its the 'ask for' tuning mod that imploded. I am heavily modded and took me days to track this one down as the conflict. Should have found it way sooner but I have a specific Kuttoe folder with tons of your stuff and overlooked that folder for the majority of stuff i have from you is for get to work things
What about it isn't working exactly? Are you getting a last exception? Please come into the Discord server for better troubeshooting when you get a chance.
This is great but imo I would love if there was a version which also included the excluded 'small talk' ones, just so my brain knows -anything- with "Ask to" is now always going to be in there. Even more useful!

I can't see the "Small Talk" menu but I can see all the others :(
Small Talk is not a separate menu. The addon just adds more options to the Ask category.
